We collect only what we need to respond to inquiries, deliver work, and operate our website. This includes contact details you share with us, basic analytics about how our site is used, and any information you provide as part of a project engagement.

We use information to reply to your messages, plan and deliver projects, send invoices, improve our website, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell personal data and we do not run targeted advertising.

We work with a small set of trusted infrastructure providers for hosting, email, analytics, and source-code management. For client projects, specific subprocessors are listed in the relevant data processing agreement.

We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law. Inquiry messages are kept for as long as the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information we hold, and we apply the principle of least privilege across our systems. No system is completely secure; if you believe you've found a vulnerability, please report it to us.
